Training through business tourism

Relations with foreign colleagues are established through international organizations, embassies and other management institutions operating in the republic. The goal is to exchange experience and get Uzbek businesswomen to cooperate equally with representatives of leading foreign business schools. Shokhsanam Murodova from Samarkand region, Okdarya district, who exports her shoes abroad, and Muhabbat Tosheva from Bukhara, who sends her attractive carpets to Russia, United Arab Emirates and Iran.

A business-tourism center was established under the association for businesswomen of our country to get to know the production enterprises and the service sector in developed countries, and to exchange experience with their counterparts in foreign countries. With the efforts of this center, the first group of businesswomen from our country returned to the Kyrgyz Republic to exchange experience and improve their skills, while another group of businesswomen participated in the food fair held in the United States. In October 2017, the members of the association participated in the conference and exhibition organized in Malaysia and Indonesia and gained new business ideas and new cooperation relations.
