The International Association of Businesswomen
was established in 1991 as a non-governmental, non-profit organization.
Women’s rights, support for their entrepreneurial and public initiatives, assistance in ensuring the use of financial and information resources through the introduction of innovative educational programs, increasing the competitiveness of women’s labor through retraining and advanced training, creating institutional legal mechanisms to improve women’s economic and social opportunities and legal support for women entrepreneurs.
One of the first non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan to set the goal of unlocking the positive potential of women’s entrepreneurship was the Association of Businesswomen of Uzbekistan “Tadbirkor ael”.
To date, the International Association of Businesswomen of Uzbekistan unites about 14 regional and 72 district branches united in a single network, in which more than 200 specialists contribute to the expansion of women’s entrepreneurship, increasing their economic knowledge, retraining the profession, ensuring the employment of women with useful work by promoting family entrepreneurship.
One of the main activities of MADJ over the years has been educational activities through training and training courses aimed at improving the legal and professional literacy of women entrepreneurs.
The Association of Women Entrepreneurs was included by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the list of “the most transparent non-governmental and non-profit organizations” for 2021.
In December 2022, the association of women entrepreneurs was awarded the status of “international”.
We are glad that today there are over 18 thousand women entrepreneurs in our ranks! This is a large team of like-minded professionals who know how to set goals and confidently achieve their goals. And we help them discover their own potential, motivate and guide them.
